Please check the following information before completing this form:
(1) Will you have any major framework changes to your course catalog? 
* are there any changes in daycode patterns?
* are there any changes in semesters?

(2) Do you want your courses copied over (from 2024-25)?
(3) Do you want your meeting times (sections) copied over?

2024-2025 District and Building Calendars - SNOW DAYS

As a reminder, districts are responsible for entering and adjusting their own district and building calendars. We are here to help and guide you through this process, but the calendar will be controlled by the district.

Best Practice: Add the SNOW DAY on the actual day off, then (if needed) re-run your daycodes

It's easier to re-run daycodes if done prior to the day that you are updating. If you need to update the current day, make sure to switch to monthly view and select the correct daycode from the drop-down on the current date

** Snow Days should be entered as "Other Non-Attendance Days", subtype of Weather

About eSchoolData (eSD)

eSchoolData (eSD) is an integrated web based Student Management System, designed to comprehensively track student data including Registration, Attendance, Discipline, Grade Reporting, Health, Lockers, Response to Intervention, and more. Meets requirements related to NYS Data Reporting. Teachers record period attendance and make use of the Gradebook for tracking assignments and grades. Teachers, Administrators and Counselors may utilize the power of GuruBoards to bring together various aspects of student data. Parents and students access eSD via available portals to view assignments, attendance, etc. Securely hosted and maintained by WNYRIC.

We will be solidifying our current process on collecting and submitting enhancements to the vendor over the next few months.
