New Mobile App is Live!

New Biology and Earth Science Courses:
For 2024-25, there will be two versions of the Biology/LE Regents offered in June, based on two different curricula. There will also be two versions of the Earth Science exam in June.
If classes will lead to different exams, they should use different courses. This may particularly affect districts that have block scheduling, credit recovery, or classes that sometimes lead to a January Regents.
Example 1:
• At the high school, students are taught using the old curriculum and leading to the old Living Environment Regents. Use Course A.
• At the middle school, students are taught using the new curriculum leading to the new Biology Regents exam. Use Course B.
Example 2:
• A class leads to a January Earth Science exam. Use Course A.
• A different class leads to the new Earth & Space Sciences exam in June. Use Course B.

2024-2025 District and Building Calendars

As a reminder, districts are responsible for entering and adjusting their own district and building calendars. We are here to help and guide you through this process, but the calendar will be controlled by the district.

Best Practice: Check that your calendars are set correctly before school starts!
Open a teacher's attendance roster for a class in 2024-25, switch the date to the first date of school, and make sure the green/red "Present"/"Absent" boxes are visible and functional!

Standard Based Report Card (SBRC) Revisions

SBRC Revision Submissions are closed for the 2023-24 School Year. Our team is working on the revisions. When completed, they will be sent to you in September/October to review prior to grade entry opening for your first marking period. Thank you!

2024-25 First Day of School is Approaching! 

Reminders

Make sure attendance can be taken the first day of school - all school days should have a daycode and a bell time appearing on the calendar!

Remember to check your Home Bound Building.

Check Attendance Closeouts for all grades/buildings.

Update your Attendance Job Dates for your Attendance Letters.
