NY State Assessments
The services in this area focus on the NY State assessments. WNYRIC provides preprinting of State approved answer sheets, scanning of the answer sheets following the State provided Critical Path calendar, and then data collection and loading of State assessment score and item data to the Regional Data Warehouse.
Included in this service is the management of assessment data for students participating in NYS 3 – 8 ELA and Math computer-based assessments. Student score reports, rank lists score labels are provided to districts that request these. The printing of these reports happens after testing and after the scores are returned to the Regional Data Warehouse in late summer. This is a mandatory service for districts and schools with students participating in NYS computer-based assessments.
