- Software instruction in Office products, FileMaker Pro, Inspiration, etc.
- Operating systems and file management.
- Hardware instruction such as Palm, Dana, SmartBoards, etc.
- IC3 Certification (for teachers also)
- Where? At a RIC lab or your building.
- Who? Administrators, teacher aides, clerical staff, any non-instructional personnel.
